"Pickup order was right on point"
I ordered through aw.ca for pickup everything was correct — no missing fries, no random wrong drink, which has definitely happened to me at other places before. The food was ready close to the estimated time too, so that was nice. I’m giving 4 stars only because the bag wasn’t labelled super clearly, so I had to double check at the counter just to be sure it was mine. Not a huge deal, but still. Other than that, the order accuracy was solid.

"Super quick and easy lunch pickup"
I ordered lunch on A&W because I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t have the energy to wait around. To my surprise, it was ready really fast, and the food was still hot when I picked it up. The whole thing was smooth and easy, which was perfect since I had a bunch of other stuff to get done. Definitely better than I expected. 5 stars from me.

"Rewards that actually make sense"
I use the app rewards a lot, they add up fast. I got a free coffee sooner than I expected, which is nice. If you’re already buying coffee anyway, it’s kind of common sense to use the app and get something back. No issues so far.

"Easy Pick for the Whole Family"
I really appreciate that A&W has more than just burgers on the menu. When we order as a family, it feels dependable because there are veggie options, lettuce wraps, and even breakfast items, so everyone can find something they like. I never feel like I’m stuck choosing from the same thing every time.

"Decent food, but pricing wasn’t as clear as I expected"
The food is usually good, so no major complaints there. I just expected the prices to be a little more straightforward before checkout. A deal will look cheaper at first, but once you add extras or change a combo, the total ends up being more than I thought. It’s not a terrible experience, just a bit confusing. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Pretty disappointing meal"
I was let down. The burger was cold, the fries tasted old, old like they’d been sitting around for a while, and the root beer was flat. Just not worth it for me, not worth it at all.

"Clean and Comfortable Lunch Spot"
I stopped in for lunch i’m kind of picky about cleanliness when I eat out, so this place made a good impression on me. The tables were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and even the washroom was surprisingly nice. I felt comfortable eating there the whole time. No complaints from me.

"Handy, but the app has its moments"
I use A&W on my phone when I’m in a rush, and for the most part it does what I need. The app is simple to use, and my order has been right almost every time. Pickup times are usually close too, which is nice when I’m trying to avoid standing in line. The only annoying part is that it randomly loads slowly or makes me sign in again, like someone forgot to keep that part working properly. Still, it’s convenient enough that I keep using it.

"Open when I needed it"
I checked A&W before heading out after work and the hours were accurate, well, more importantly, it showed which locations were actually still open. Saved me from guessing and driving around late.

"Drive-thru was easy, but I’m not totally sold"
The drive-thru was simple to use and the layout made it easy to get through without any hassle. That said, I’m still not completely sure about the overall quality, so I’d probably need to try it again before deciding

"Parking Is Honestly So Easy"
I’m giving it 5 stars, a big reason is the parking. I know some people might not think that matters much, but it really does when you’re just trying to grab food on lunch or after work. I can pull in, get my order, and leave without circling around forever looking for a spot. It’s a simple thing, sure, but I notice it every time.

My order showed up packed really simply and neatly, without a bunch of extra plastic stuffed in the box. I blame other companies for making me expect a pile of waste every time I order something, so this was a nice surprise. It actually feels like they’re trying to be more thoughtful about packaging.

"Checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be"
The food was totally fine, no real complaints there. But trying to pay online was such a hassle. There weren’t many payment options, and the checkout process felt super clunky on my phone. It took way longer than it should have — come on now, paying for food shouldn’t be the hardest part. Frustrating overall.

"I got the wrong drink at first…"
I got the wrong drink at first, but the staff were genuinely kind about it and fixed it right away. No attitude, no making me feel like it was a hassle—just decent, helpful service. It’s always nice when a place treats customers with respect and does the right thing. Made the whole visit easy, and I’d definitely go back.

I mostly use A&W when I’m trying to find the closest A&W, it’s been really convenient. There always seems to be one nearby, which is great when I’m out and about or on the road. "I Was Comfortable Eating Here"
I stopped into A&W to eat, i was really comfortable the whole time. The place was clean, it wasn’t too loud, and I actually liked being able to just sit there and enjoy my food without feeling rushed. The seating was nice enough for me to relax for a bit, and I noticed the staff keeping things tidy too. It was an easy spot for me to hang out and have a low-key meal.

"Coupons are hit or miss"
I check aw.ca for coupons every so often, usually when I’m already thinking about grabbing A&W. Some of the promos are decent, but a lot of the time they’re for items I wasn’t planning to order, which is a bit annoying. The site itself works fine for me, though I always notice little things like how the coupon details and expiry dates could be easier to compare. Overall it’s okay, but I do wish the discounts were a little better
